InterContinental Heliopolis Cairo celebrates soft opening

The spectacular InterContinental Heliopolis Cairo celebrated its soft opening last Sunday.

The 790 room property is set to be one of the most spectacular in Cairo. The stunning decor brings the rich tradition and heritage of Egypt into an elegant new hotel, all of the hotels public areas have been carefully designed; hand painted lobby ceiling, crystal chandeliers and splendid spiral cases are part of the hotels décor.

The new hotel is located in Heliopolis, just 7 minutes from Cairo International Airport and within 10 minutes from the Cairo International Conference Center.

The hotel hosts 19 versatile function rooms and banqueting halls and has recreational facilities for all ages, including the Lifestyle Aqua Spa and Wellness Centre, squash and tennis courts, large outdoor swimming pool and children's pool.

Dining options include Japanese, Mediterranean, Seafood Market and Lebanese cuisine just to name a few.
