Detter to leave PATA

In order to explore new professional opportunities, PATA Director-Chapter Relations and Sustainable Tourism, Ms. Leslie Detter, has announced her resignation, effective January 18, 2003.

During her six years with PATA, Ms. Detter served as Assistant to the CEO, Director-Board and Sponsor Relations, Director-Membership Development, and Chief Administrative Officer.

PATA President & CEO, Mr. Peter de Jong, said: "Leslie has shown genuine dedication and professionalism, even during this difficult past year of organisational transition and management change. She always carried out her assignments with great responsibility and maturity. We wish her well as she explores new professional horizons."
