KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has decided to continue operating its service
between Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and Eindhoven Airport.
KLM had previously announced that it would
discontinue flights on the route as of December 19, 2003, due to developments in market and price conditions.
Erik Varwijk, Director KLM The Netherlands: "KLM is extremely pleased to
be able soon to resume flights in close consultation with our important business customers and suppliers. We have managed to reach
agreements with our corporate customers and suppliers which make the flights commercially more attractive. By continuing to operate this service
we are able to continue to offer customers in the Eindhoven area comfortable access via Schiphol to KLM's worldwide network."
Flights will be operated by KLM cityhopper in a Fokker 50. Monday to
Friday there will be four flights a day. In the weekend there will be two
flights a day. |
