Novotel Ambassador Gangnam’s recently
opened its trendy new Japanese restaurant Shune, catering to the growing
demand for Japanese cuisine in the capital.
Shune is inspired in all aspects — from the creative menu, elegant
interior design and funky music — it moves beyond the normal dining experience.
With this bold new concept Shune has already captured the imagination of
both consumers and media alike.
Shune, which means ‘the right time’ in Japanese, boasts its unique
concept combining a bistro, Japanese private rooms and a modern sake bar.
The various dishes highlight both globalize fusion recipes as well as authentic
Japanese fare specifically tailored to local taste. Extensive efforts to
highlight the beauty of all dishes has been made at Shune, using only the
finest and freshest ingredients from around the country, to give the food its
unique taste.

On weekends, Shune will offer an outstanding seafood buffet to
attract families and couples priced at 40,000 won (US$34) for lunch and 45,000 won
for dinner with children under 12 dining for 50 per cent off.
The restaurant has more than 250 seats and a large cellar, which
features extensive wine and sake selections. |
