EIBTM 2003 (20 - 22 May, Geneva) is offering the largest and most
comprehensive programme of stage events in its history designed to educate, inform, challenge and entertain.
Debbie Jackson, Exhibition Director commented that the stage events were
being created with leading industry associations and would include many well known personalities.
“Independent research has shown that exhibitors and visitors are looking
for a greater emphasis on educational opportunities and learning new skills
and the stage programme, in conjunction with the seminar programme and association programme will help us to fulfil that need.
“The stage has become an increasingly important aspect of EIBTM,” she
said. ”It provides a unique added value dimension to the event, offering
a wide range of opinion and new ideas.
“This year the stage will be located in Hall Four at Palexpo and will also be
the focus of several social events. The stage will be the ‘heartbeat’ of the
event and, for that week, the global meetings and incentive industry.”
Ms. Jackson said that the stage would also be used to recognise the
outstanding contribution by Palexpo and Geneva in the success of EIBTM
over the years. In 2004 the event will be held in December in Barcelona.
The programme includes a number of new features such as ‘The EIBTM
Industry 2003 Trends & Market Share Report’ presented by Rob Davidson of
Westminster University, London (15.15 hrs Tuesday 20 May), one of the
