Hilton International
has secured an extension of the Hilton Beijing's management contract for a further 10-year period.
Located in the business and diplomatic district with easy access to the
Beijing International Airport, the 364 guest room hotel has established itself
as one of the capital's most successful five-star properties since opening
in January 1994.
Business facilities - available in all rooms and suites - include Broadband
Internet access, voice mail messaging system, computer data port, in-room
safe and luxurious bathroom with separate shower.
The existing contract was due for renewal between Hilton International (HI)
and Oriental Arts Building Company Limited (OAB), which is a sino-foreign
joint venture of China Travel Service (Holdings) Corporation of China and
Chinese Estates Holdings Limited of Hong Kong, in the end of the year.

operates five hotels in China locateed in Beijing,
Chongqing, Dalian, Nanjing and Shanghai. |
