Mercure Inn's Australia shuffle the GM's

 Accor Hotels & Resorts in Australia has announced the following new appointments.

Simone Hansen has been promoted to General Manager, of the Mercure Inn Kununurra, commencing June 23, 2003. Simone moves from the position of Hotel Manager at Mercure Inn Overland Kalgoorlie, and was previously at the Mercure Inn Port Hedland.

Simone replaces Lee Pearce, has moved to become General Manager at the Mercure Inn Oasis in Alice Springs. Lee commences July 1st , 2003.

Lee moved to Alice Springs to replace Eric Siewert, who has been appointed the job of General Manager of El Questro Wilderness Park in the East Kimberley (WA). Eric and his family (including horses) made the long trek northwards, to arrive for work on June 16, at his new property.

Amanda Silk, GM for past three seasons, leaves El Questro on June 20th.
