today announced that Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts has selected TRUST to be its exclusive provider of voice reservation
services for countries including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia,
Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippine, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand, supporting languages in English, Malay, Cantonese
and Mandarin. The call volume will be maintained by TRUST's Asia/Pacific
Customer Communication Center in Singapore.
In addition to voice reservation services, TRUST International provides Le
Meridien with outbound marketing and customer care support, through its full service outsourcing solution, TRUST Voice&more. The service
enables customers to focus on core business functions while utilizing an
outside communications center specialized in customer communication to maintain voice reservations for the hotel group and for individual
properties.
