China Southern Airlines
has adjusted its route timetable in an endeavor, it says, to provide wider
and quicker services throughout China, Asia, Europe, the United States and Australia. China Southern Airlines plans to operate more than 3,000
weekly flights during 2003, 239 more than in 2002.
China
Southern Airlines has made these specific International flight schedule changes:
- Increasing its Guangzhou-Beijing-Amsterdam service from two to four
flights per week each Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday;
- Four flights weekly between Guangzhou and Phnom Penn and five times
weekly between Guangzhou and Jakarta;
- Reducing its transpacific service between Guangzhou and Los Angeles
from five to four times weekly - canceling its service between Guilin to
Seoul and increasing service between Guangzhou and Hong Kong to five times daily.
On the domestic side, China Southern Airlines has made the following
route changes:
- Adjusted its Zhengzhou-Chengdu-Kunming service into a daily service
between Zhengzhou to Chengdu and Zhengzhou to Kunming;
- Launched new daily service between
Changsha-Nanjing-Dalian;

Guangzhou-Nanjing service will increase from twice daily to three times daily;
- Eight daily flights (up from six) between Guangzhou and Shanghai
and Shenzhen and Shanghai;
- Added one additional daily flight between
Zhengzhou-Shanghai; Wuhan-Shanghai; and Changsha-Shanghai. |
