Virgin Atlantic and Singapore Airlines work together to offer Special Fares from Australia

Virgin Atlantic Airways and Singapore Airlines have joined forces to offer a range of opportunities to visit Asia, the UK and Europe from just A$2,367 per person with the Euro Select air fare.

Passengers can choose a range of itineraries from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth, combining the networks of both carriers, seeing Asia, the UK and Europe, and enjoying in-flight product including personal video screens and telephones on both airlines.

Examples of itineraries, prices and departure dates include:

SYDNEY – Singapore – Hong Kong with Singapore Airlines, Hong Kong to London with Virgin Atlantic, own arrangements from London to Rome, then from Rome to Singapore and back to Sydney. Priced at A$2,367 per person, valid for departures from Australia until 13 November, 2003, and again from 12 January until 26 February, 2004.

MELBOURNE – Singapore – Paris with Singapore Airlines, own arrangements from Paris to London, then Virgin Atlantic from London to Tokyo, and Singapore Airlines from Tokyo to Singapore and home to Melbourne. Priced at A$2,561 per person for departures 14 – 27 November, 2003, and 1 – 11 January and 27 February to 25 March, 2004.

BRISBANE – Singapore – Shanghai with Singapore Airlines, then Shanghai – London – Tokyo with Virgin Atlantic, and Tokyo – Singapore – Brisbane with Singapore Airlines. Priced at A$2,670 per person for departures 28 November to 4 December, 2003, then 25-31 December, 2003 and 26-31 March, 2004.

PERTH – Singapore – Hong Kong with Singapore Airlines, then Hong Kong – London – Shanghai with Virgin Atlantic Airways and Shanghai – Singapore – Perth with Singapore Airlines. Priced at A$2,857 per person, for departures between 5 and 24 December, 2003.

For passengers preferring to indulge in the comfort of Virgin Atlantic’s Upper Class and Singapore Airlines’ Raffles Class – the Business Class cabins of both carriers - it is possible to fly from Sydney to Singapore and Hong Kong with Singapore Airlines, Hong Kong to London with Virgin Atlantic, own arrangements to Rome then with Singapore Airlines from Rome to Singapore and back to Sydney. Priced at A$8,297 per person until 31 March, 2004.
