Corporate event planning service,
EventClicks, has announced its partnership with leading US-based conference resource firm, HelmsBriscoe International
(HBI).
Founded just over ten years ago, parent company HelmsBriscoe has rapidly
grown to become one of the world’s most successful and sought-after meeting
resource organizations.
Now, with the recent establishment of an alliance with EventClicks, HBI is
perfectly positioned to extend their network into North Asia through the
powerful combination of their global strength and negotiating power and
EventClicks’ local expertise. Overseeing the partnership from EventClicks
headquarters in Hong Kong, Annie Fournier, VP Business Development commented, “EventClicks has always believed in the tremendous potential
and scalability of the meeting site-selection industry in Asia and feels that with
the ‘muscle’ and worldwide network of HBI, the growth of this industry in the
region, particularly China, could match or even exceed that of the US.”
Under EventClicks’ direction, HBI has commenced recruitment of Sales
Associates throughout the North Asia region who will join their extensive
group of 450 Associates, placing over 16,000 programs annually in 22 countries. The core focus of these Associates will be to find facilities in hotels
and venues around the globe that match the requirements and budgets of their clients. They will work largely independently whilst receiving the
direction, training, support and sales leads of HBI’s network.
EventClicks will continue to offer comprehensive event-planning and meeting
technology services throughout the Asia-Pacific region whilst working with
HBI to develop the site-selection business and grow the region’s network of
Associates.
According to Pat Durocher, Managing Director, HelmsBriscoe International
(HBI), "We are delighted to be partnering with regional specialists EventClicks
who share our common vision of faster, better and more cost-effective meeting planning solutions, not to mention our enthusiasm for this unique
and dynamic region." |
