Dragonair
is participating in the inaugural SITL China 2003 exhibition, which
takes place from today until December 12, as part of the China International Logistics Week being
held in Beijing.
SITL, taking place at the China International Exhibition Centre and covering
12,000 square metres, features the latest services, expertise and technology
in the logistics industry, and has pavilions from France, Germany, Japan,
Singapore, Switzerland, and Russia, as well as Hong Kong.
"Our presence at this event will allow us to showcase our cargo services to
manufacturers and logistics service providers from around the world," said
Alan Lai, Deputy General Manager, Cargo.
"With more than 100 of the biggest names in the business taking part we can
gain exposure to a host of new opportunities within the space of a few days
and under a single roof.
"This is the largest exhibition of its kind in China, and serves to highlight the
importance that logistics and air cargo is playing in the country's economic
success. The success of Dragonair's cargo operation is testimony to the real
potential that there is in the Mainland market, which has become the manufacturing base for the world." |
