New General Managers for Gloria International Hotels

Gloria International Hotels has announced the appointment of Mr Kenneth Ting as General Manager of the Gloria Plaza Hotel Xian and Mr Danny Cheng as General Magaer of the Huayun Gloria Grand Hotel Haikou.

Mr. Kenneth Ting, formerly Financial Controller of the Gloria Plaza Hotel Beijing, has been promoted to the position of General Manager with the Gloria Plaza Hotel Xian (scheduled to open in 2004). Prior to joining Gloria International Hotels, he was Financial Controller of the Harbour Plaza Hotel Kunming, Harbour Plaza Hotel Chongqing, Holiday Inn Downtown and Holiday Inn City Centre Harbin. 

Mr Danny Cheng has been appointed as General Manager of the soon to open Huayun Gloria Grand Hotel Haikou. Mr Cheng joins Gloria Grand Hotel Haikou from the Zhongshun International Hotel Nanchang where he also held position as General Manager. Prior to that, he held a similar capacity at the Gloria Plaza Hotel Nanchang and the Golden Coast Lawton Hotel in Haikou, and was also previously Director of Operations with JW Hotel & Catering International in Hong Kong.
