Thailand's Minor Hotels Group has opened the third
Avani hotel in Dubai.
The 48-storey Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites, which overlooks the iconic Palm Jumeirah,
is located close to
Dubai tram and monorail stations. Dubai International
Airport is just a 25-minute drive away whilst the city’s second airport, Al Maktoum International and the upcoming Dubai Expo 2020 site,
are 30 minutes away by car.
Catering to a mix of leisure, corporate and
extended-stay guests, Avani Palm View has 264 Avani Serviced
Apartments. Units range from 41 sqm studios
up to 165 sqm three-bedroom units.
Designed by Aecom and developed by Alfahim, one of the
UAE’s largest conglomerates, the suites and residences offer
floor-to-ceiling
windows, fully-equipped kitchens, interactive living and private
terraces featuring sweeping views of The Palm Jumeirah, the
Persian Gulf and the Dubai skyline.
Facilities at the property include three restaurants and
a bar, a gym and a dual-level rooftop infinity.
