Four Seasons Toronto Appoints Mary Ann Gamboa as Director of Marketing

The Four Seasons Hotel Toronto has appointed Mary Ann Gamboa as Director of Marketing.

Mary Ann has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality industry and began her career at the Holiday Inn Galleria hotel in Manila, Philippines before emigrating to Canada in 1998.

Once there, Mary Ann worked for numerous hotels in Ontario including Regal Constellation Hotel, Sandalwood Hotel & Suites and Deerhurst Resort.

In 2005, Mary Ann moved to Toronto and joined the Radisson Hotel Admiral Toronto - Harbourfront as DOSM. Two years later she joined Marriott as Director of Marketing of the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Toronto, before joining the pre-opening team of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto in 2010 as DOSM and Post Opening Director of Sales.

Mary Ann moved to the InterContinental Toronto Centre as DOSM in May 2013 and stayed there before joining Four Seasons in late 2020.

In 2017, Mary Ann was named one of the 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World by the Filipina Women’s Network. In 2018, she was awarded Best of the Best Sales/Catering Employee of the Year by InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and in 2019, was the first woman to receive the General Manager Award at the InterContinental Toronto Centre for her outstanding achievement and contribution to the property.
