The Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta has appointed Nancy
Chacon as General Manager.
Nancy replaces Yvette Thomas-Henry, who was
promoted to Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four
Seasons Resort Nevis.
Nancy has worked with Four Seasons Hotels
and Resorts for almost 30 years, beginning her career in
San Francisco as a front desk agent in 1991. Since then, Nancy has
worked a variety of roles at Four Seasons properties
in Los Angeles; Austin; Scottsdale; Caracas, Venezuela; Punta Mita,
Mexico; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and most recently, Baltimore,
Maryland, where she served as Hotel Manager. Atlanta is her
eighth hotel with the company.
"I’m elated about my move to Atlanta, where I look
forward to experiencing and delivering southern hospitality,"
Nancy said. "As I settle into my role, my first priority is to assist
our employees and guests with adjusting to travel during the
COVID19 pandemic."
Nancy is from Guatemala City and has an education
in Economics and French from Mills College in Oakland, California.
She is fluent in English, French and
Spanish.
