Thai Airways Extends Ticket Change Fee Waiver to More Flights

Thai Airways is waiving the fees associated with ticket changes to more flights.

Customers holding tickets for travel to China, Hong Kong SAR, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam can now make changes to airline tickets and/or the route as follows:

Roundtrip flights from Bangkok to Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia:

- Passengers holding tickets for travel on Thai Airways or Thai Smile codeshare flights that were issued before and/or on 18 February 2020, scheduled to travel between 18 February and 30 April 2020 on roundtrip flights from Bangkok to Tokyo (Narita/Haneda), Osaka, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Sapporo, Sendai, Seoul, Pusan, Taipei, Kaohsiung, Singapore, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Kuala Lumpur, and Penang.

Roundtrip flights from Bangkok to China and Hong Kong:

- Passengers holding tickets on Thai Airways roundtrip flights from Bangkok to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Kunming, and Chengdu, roundtrip codeshare flights operated by Thai Smile from Bangkok to Chongqing, Changsha, and Zhengzhou, roundtrip codeshare flights operated by Shenzhen Airlines from Bangkok-Shenzhen and Phuket-Shenzhen, as well as roundtrip flights operated by Thai Smile from Bangkok or Phuket to Hong Kong, which were issued before and/or on 28 January 2020, scheduled to travel between 24 January and 30 April 2020.

Roundtrip flights from Bangkok to Italy:

- Passengers holding tickets for travel on Thai Airways flights that were issued before and/or on 25 February 2020, scheduled to travel from 25 February to 30 April 2020 on roundtrip flights from Bangkok-Rome and Bangkok-Milan.

Passengers outlines above can make changes to their airline tickets and/or the route before the flight date specified on the ticket, within the ticket validity date, or extend the departure date at any Thai Airways sales office until 15 December 2020, whereby the ticket change fee will be waived.
