The Sindhorn Midtown, in Bangkok’s Langsuan
district, has opened a new tower featuring 49 serviced residences.
The six-floor tower houses 34 studios and 15
one-bedroom serviced apartments.
The self-contained units include complimentary
residence-wide Wi-Fi access, secure keycard system, smart LED TV
with a selection of local and international channels, air purifier, well-equipped kitchenette
which includes microwave, cooker hood, electric induction, kitchen
sink, refrigerator and washer and dryer, and parking for tenants.
There is also a private garden for guests to
enjoy.
“These residences are perfect for an urban retreat
– business travellers or families love the feeling of being in a
comfortable home, so these apartments lend themselves well to long
stays, and can be considered as their second home,” said Jee
Hoong Tan, general manager of Sindhorn Midtown. “They are also
self-contained, so guests can do all their own cooking, washing
and enjoy their own entertainment on the TVs, just as they would
at home. They literally don’t need to step out the door to enjoy a
nice lifestyle.”
Sindhorn Midtownis a five-minute walk from BTS SkyTrain
station. Monthly rent starts from TBH45,000.
