Shangri-La Centre, Wuhan, the second phase of
Shangri-La’s development in the city, celebrated its soft opening
on Sunday.
Adjoining the Shangri-La Hotel, Wuhan, and close
to Baodao Park and City Library, Shangri-La Centre, Wuhan is
situated at Jianshe Avenue next to the city’s three main subway
lines, and adjacent to the commercial districts and headquarters
of financial institutions and banks.
The gross floor area of the tower is approximately
42,000 square metres spread over 23 floors.
A series of smart technologies offering convenience
and security for tenants have been adopted as standard across
the site, including facial recognition technology and smart
elevator systems.
Its human-centric design is also reflected in the
air-conditioning system, which gives each office unit full control
of the indoor temperature.
Additionally, Shangri-La Centre, Wuhan
provides professional and caring services including nursery rooms
and executive washrooms.
The sky bridge on the third and fourth floor of
the office tower connects the building with the Shangri-La Hotel,
Wuhan. It also provides a range of facilities, including a
1,000 square-metre, fully equipped gym, a 25-metre indoor heated
swimming pool and children’s pool, a spa, relaxing
yoga studio, and an outdoor garden which can be used to host a
variety of private events.
The Shangri-La Centre, Wuhan is the group’s latest
high-end, commercial development after similar successful projects
in Chengdu, Jinan, and Qingdao.
