IHG has expanded its portfolio of voco hotels with
the opening of the voco Paris Montparnasse in France.
The company will also open a voco hotel in
Strasbourg later this year, in Reims in 2021, and in Burgundy’s
Beaune in 2022.
The 102-room voco Paris Montparnasse is located on
the hip Left Bank of the River Seine,
just a five-minute walk from Montparnasse railway station and
close to the Gaîté metro station.
Some of voco Paris Montparnasse’s
Premium rooms have private terraces whilst the Junior Suites
feature a separate
living area. In-room Nespresso machines offer a caffeine fix and
fast Wi-Fi means guests can stay connected without worry.
Will Yell, Head of
voco EMEAA, IHG, said, “Since we launched voco two years ago
we’ve seen fantastic growth all around the world and it’s so
exciting to open our first hotel in France, with three more voco
hotels in the pipeline for this market. voco Paris Montparnasse
will be a great example of the brand, blending voco’ s unique
characteristics with the spirit of the French capital. Being part
of the voco family doesn’t mean becoming one of the same. Whether
it’s a newly built property or a well-known hotel with plenty of
history, we foster and celebrate all the individual spirit and
elements that make a hotel successful.”
