Thailand's Minor Hotels Group has signed the first
Avani+ resort in Vietnam.
Scheduled to open in Q3 2023, the Avani+ Ho Tram
Resort expands Avani's portfolio in the country which includes two hotels
already in operation in Hai Phong and Quy Nhon, as well as three
properties under construction in Ho Chi Minh (Saigon), Doc Let and
Cam Ranh.
Developed and owned by Hai Vuong Tourism Joint
Stock Company, a German-Vietnamese developer with an established
track record for high-end property development in Asia, the
200-key Avani+ Ho Tram Resort in Vung Tau Province is less than a two-hour drive
from Saigon.
The property's 200 rooms and five 90-sqm
bungalows will operate as a resort, while 268 one, two and
three-bedroom managed residences in two towers will be available
for purchase by individual homeowners and investors.
Avani+ Ho Tram Resort will have a variety of F&B
outlets, and extensive leisure facilities including two pools, a
fitness centre, spa, kids club and a third-party destination beach
club.
Banquet and meeting facilities will be able to accommodate up to 500 guests theatre-style in the
684-sqm ballroom that is divisible by three. Two
additional meeting rooms will be ideal for board meetings,
teleconferences and more intimate events.
Long Thanh International Airport
Due for completion in 2025, Long Thanh
International Airport is located approximately 40 kilometres east
of the centre of Saigon and is a 1.5-hour drive from the
resort. In addition to serving domestic and international
holidaymakers, it is expected to become a vital commuter airport
for business and MICE travellers.
