Emirates has partnered with a select group of
hospitals in Bangkok to extend customers a special rate on COVID19
PCR tests.
All passengers travelling to or connecting through
Dubai must have a negative COVID19 PCR test certificate to be
accepted on the flight.
The certificate must be for a polymerase
chain reaction (PCR) swab test taken a maximum of 96 hours before
departure. Other test certificates including antibody tests and
home testing kits are not accepted in Dubai.
By presenting their Emirates flight booking,
passengers can get a discount at: Bangkok Hospital, Bangpakok 9
International Hospital, Piyavate Hospital and Princ Hospital
Suvarnabhumi.
Emirates resumed its daily flights between Bangkok
and Dubai earlier this month, operating the route with a 3-class
Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
Customers can stop over or travel to Dubai, but
COVID19 PCR tests are mandatory for all inbound and transit
passengers arriving to Dubai (and the UAE), including UAE
citizens, residents and tourists, irrespective of the country they
are coming from.
Emirates gives each passenger a complimentary
hygiene kit containing a mask, gloves, hand sanitiser and
antibacterial wipes.
