The Four Points by Sheraton Sydney Central Park,
located near Sydney’s emerging Sydney Innovation and Technology
precinct, has been put up for sale.
The property forms part of the Central
Park mixed-use development and is located close to a large number
of major demand drivers, including major corporate occupiers,
University of Technology Sydney, vibrant Chinatown, Surry Hills,
University of Sydney, University of Notre Dame and the Darling Harbour convention and entertainment precinct.
Key highlights include:
- Brand new, purpose-built 297-key hotel which
includes 45 suites, with bar and restaurant;
- Fitness centre, 50 dedicated car parking spaces
and 551 sqm of conference and meeting space;
- Development approval to increase room count to
308 keys, create extra function space and establish a distillery
adjoining the restaurant and bar; and
- The hotel is closely located near Sydney’s
emerging 'Silicon Valley' at Central Station which will include a
number of multi-billion dollar office projects.
The hotel is being sold through JLL Hotels &
Hospitality with closing scheduled for Friday, 12 February 2021,
unless sold prior.
