Charlie Parker has joined the Four Seasons Resort
Hualalai as General Manager.
Charlie, who has worked at Four Seasons for more
than two decades, will lead the oceanfront resort through an
extensive US$ 100+ million renovation, the first of this scope
since it opened more than 20 years ago.
Born in Scotland and raised in the UK, Charlie
received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management from
Michigan State University and the University of Surrey. After
graduating, he joined Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane,
launching his 24-year career with the luxury hospitality brand.
Charlie has worked in a variety of positions and
departments before his promotion to General Manager at Four
Seasons Hotel Hampshire in 2011. Following Four Seasons Hotel
London at Park Lane, he contributed to the success of a
multitude of hotels and resorts in Newport Beach, Maldives at Kuda
Huraa, Maldives Explorer, Doha, Sharm El Sheikh, Hampshire, London
at Ten Trinity Square, and most recently Oahu at Ko Olina.
“I am thrilled to continue my journey in Hawaii on
Hawaii Island at Hualalai,” Charlie said. “Hawai’i has an
incredible, rich culture, and Hualalai embodies this unique spirit
of the islands. I look forward to welcoming guests to the new era
of this iconic resort, and providing them with the opportunity to
make deeper connections with each other and our ohana (family).”
The renovation of the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is scheduled to be completed by
mid-2021.
