The Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane has
confirmed that it will reopen next week.
From Monday, 17 August, guests will be able
to enjoy the spacious suites and the newly launched
rooms designed by Tara Bernerd & Partners.
“We are truly looking forward to welcoming back our
wonderful employees and much-loved guests who are at the heart of
our hotel,” said Lynn Brutman, Regional Vice President and General
Manager, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. “We recognise
that the world is a slightly different place to when we were last
open, and so we have used the past few months to make the
necessary adjustments to our space and the guest experience, while
upholding our Four Seasons service standards.”
The hotel's Amaranto restaurant will re-open
with Executive Chef Henry Brosi at the helm, whilst the hotel's
traditional room service has become “At Your Door” service, in-room dining delivered to the
door.
The Four Seasons App
and Chat also plays a key role in ensuring the utmost protection
for guests and employees during these difficult times. As one of the only industry platforms powered by
staff on property, not chatbots, the service
allows guests to have direct access to property teams in 100+
different languages.
