Artyzen Hospitality, a subsidiary of Hong Kong's
Shun Tak Holdings, has signed a management contract for a 363-room Artyzen Habitat hotel in the Yubei District of
Chongqing, China.
Including this new project, Artyzen Hospitality
now has eight hotels in the pipeline and six hotels operating in
Beijing, Shanghai, Macau and Hawaii.
The Chairman of Chongqing Yuelai Investment Group, Wang
Jumeng, said, "Yuelai has been focusing on the integration of cultural tourism
with exhibitions for a period of time. For instance, we have built
the Yuelai Art Museum near the hotel and the entire development is
designed to optimise and preserve the surrounding natural
resources. For the advantage of the environment, we are determined
to develop this area into an ecologically and environmentally
friendly community. All considerations match perfectly with Artyzen's philosophy of 'Art, Culture and Emotional Wisdom', as
well as their vision of sustainability. We believe our cooperation
will elevate the overall quality of the community."
Artyzen recently unveiled plans to
expand its portfolio of hotels to Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan and South Korea,
as well asMaldives and Portugal.
In addition,
Greater Bay Area remains a key focus of the group, with Zhuhai,
Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan and Hong Kong being strategically
targeted.
Projects under construction include Singapore and
important mixed-use developments in Shanghai such as those in Lingang and Qiantan, where the group will operate multiple Artyzen
brands as well as unveil one of its serviced residences projects.
