Cebu Pacific has changed its rebooking policy to
offer passengers more flexibility as concerns over the COVID19
outbreak continue to grow.
The changes mean that passengers booked to travel
with Cebu Pacific within Philippines and/or internationally
between 10 March and 31 March 2020 can rebook their flights for
free, though a fare difference may apply.
Flights can be rebooked through the airline's
hotline in Singapore +65-315-80808 from 7am-10pm Philippines time,
daily (international calling rates may apply), or via the
airline's website from tomorrow, 11 March 2020.
Passengers booking new flights between 10 and 31
March 2020, regardless of travel date and route, can avail of the
CEB Flexi for free.
CEB Flexi enables travelers to rebook their
flights up to two times, and up to two hours before departure. A
fare difference may apply.
Cebu Pacific has already suspended flights
between Philippines and China, Hong Kong, Macau and South Korea.
Passengers who are affected by those flight
cancellations can choose to get a full refund on their booking, to
rebook their flights at no additional cost, or to store the full
amount of their tickets in a travel fund, as credits for future
use.

Pacific's staff took part in the Miss International Queen Grand
Finals in Pattaya on Saturday. Check out the pictures from that
