In accord with Taiwan's updated quarantine policy,
China Airlines and Mandarin Airlines are now limiting cross-strait
services between 10 February and 29 April 2020 to five
destinations: Beijing Capital, Shanghai Pudong, Shanghai Hongqiao,
Xiamen and Chengdu with partial services. All other China routes
have been temporarily suspended.
Travellers are advised to check the latest flight
changes and regulations governing ticket refunds or changes,
in the dedicated "Novel Coronavirus
Service Information" section of China Airlines’
website, or download
the mobile app.
SSince the Mini-Three-Link ferry services
across the strait has been suspended from today, 10 February, onwards,
Mandarin Airlines has also suspended its cross-strait Quick
Pass service. Restoration of services will depend
on government announcements and the situation regarding the
2019-nCoV outbreak.
Mandarin Airlines has waived the processing fee for travelers
seeking a refund on their Mandarin Airlines Cross-Strait Quick
Pass package. Passengers are suggested to contact the Mandarin
Airlines customer helpline on 412-8008 (add +02 prefix from mobile
phones), Mandarin Airlines counters at each airport or the travel
agency they booked with for the refund to be processed. The
