Oakwood Opens 8th Property in China

Oakwood, a subsidiary of Mapletree Investments, has opened its eighth property in China.

Located within the Tianya district of Sanya, the Oakwood Apartments Sanya features a choice of 163 serviced studios and one, two or three-bedroom apartments.

With easy access to the central business district yet only a stone’s throw away from the sandy beaches of Sanya Bay, each unit features a private balcony, a kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, and in-room entertainment via a home theatre sound system.

Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a restaurant, 24-hour launderette, and a kids’ club.
