Hani Abu Lafi Joins Four Seasons Hotel Doha as Director of Rooms

The Four Seasons Hotel Doha has appointed Hani Abu Lafi as Director of Rooms.

Hani joins the team from Four Seasons Hotel Amman, bringing more than 14 years of sales, marketing and operational experience to his new role.

The luxury hotel is about to reopen following an extensive refurbishment that included the bedrooms, suites and guest floors; the lobby; new dining experiences and more.

“Hani’s background in sales and marketing offers invaluable insight into the wants and needs of today’s traveller,” says Jeff Rednour, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Doha. “Paired with his Middle Eastern roots and proven operational leadership, our team will be well-equipped to meet those needs, exceed expectations and elevate the guest experience to the next level.”

Born in Kuwait and raised in Jordan, Hani graduated from Huddersfield University in England with a degree in Hotel and Catering Management with Tourism and Leisure.

He began his Four Seasons career at Four Seasons Hotel Amman, where he rose through the ranks of the Sales and Marketing department before his promotion to Director of Rooms.

In his spare time, Hani enjoys playing football and squash.
