Worldwide Flight Services, a leading provider of airport services,
has
appointed Nils Andersen as Chairman of the Board of
Directors.
Mr. Andersen will
help the management team build upon the progress made
since being acquired by an affiliate of Cerberus Capital
Management last year.
Mr. Andersen has spent the last 19
years in Executive and Non-Executive board roles at large
listed and non-listed companies around the world, across several
industries: logistics, packaging, oil and gas, brewing and
consumer goods, serving as President & CEO of Carlsberg and A. P. Moller, and as Chairman of AkzoNobel. He has also served as a
Board Member of BP and Unilever.
