There's less than one month to go until Accor
opens the Hotel Chadstone in Melbourne, Australia.
The $130 million MGallery by Sofitel
hotel, scheduled to open on 1 November 2019, features 250-rooms
and suites, two penthouses, a rooftop bar and dining, wellness
retreat and day spa complete with LED lounge and yoga studio.
Designed in collaboration with DWP, EDG and
Bates Smart, the 12-storey hotel is
connected to the shopping, dining, lifestyle and
entertainment destination of Chadstone, just 17km from Melbourne’s
CBD.
Neil Scanlan, General Manager of Hotel Chadstone
MGallery by Sofitel said, “The exquisite interior fit out of Hotel
Chadstone has been completed and we are very excited to be nearing
opening day. This address will set a new benchmark for luxury
accommodation outside Melbourne’s CBD.”
In addition to the rooftop bar and lounge, guests will
be able to
dine in Scott Pickett’s latest
restaurant, Pastore, an Italian-inspired all-day dining venue with
a focus on wood-fired cooking and handmade pasta.
Once open, Hotel Chadstone Melbourne will become
the 11th MGallery hotel in Australia.
The hotel is owned by the Gandel Group and Vicinity Centres.
