AHS Signs First Vienna House Hotel in Asia

Thailand-based Absolute Hotel Services has signed a management contract for the first Vienna House hotel in Asia.

AHS will manage the Vienna House Vung Tau in Vietnam when it opens in 2021.

Vienna House is well established in Europe and currently operates properties in close to 40 locations throughout Europe.

Located in the Long Hai district of Vung Tau, the 5-star hotel will offer 775 rooms, suites, penthouses and pool villas.

Facilities will include large swimming pools with pool bars, a therapeutic onsen hot pool, gym, floodlit championship tennis courts and contemporary sports bar, an all-day dining restaurant, fresh seafood market, a cafe and tea room as well as a 530 sqm. ballroom, flexible meeting rooms and retails areas.

Long Hai is just 100 km from Ho Chi Minh (Saigon), making it easily accessible by road or sea from Vietnam’s largest city.
