Thailand's Minor Hotels Group has signed an
agreement with TTC Hospitality for an Avani resort on the shores
of Doc Let Beach in Nha Trang, Vietnam.
Currently in the final stages of
development and scheduled to open by mid-2020, the Avani Doc Let
Resort is a 45-minute drive from Nha Trang.
The resort will have direct
access to the 61,000 square metre Doc Let Water Park which is
scheduled to open in Q4 2020, as well as a newly developed
entertainment complex situated next to the property.
The 35-acre beachfront development will open
onto Doc Let’s white sands and feature 273 guest rooms and suites.
The hotel will feature a spa, an all-day dining
restaurant, a gym, and over 1,000 square metres
of event space.
“We are very excited to add Avani Doc Let Resort
to our portfolio in Vietnam,” said Javier Pardo, Vice
President of Operations for Avani Hotels & Resorts. “This
untouched part of Vietnam not only introduces our guests to a new
hidden treasure, but it also offers a range of new travel
experiences which fits perfectly with Avani brand.”
Avani currently operates 27 hotels, resorts, and
residences in 16 countries, including two in Vietnam. The brand
recently debuted in Korea, Cambodia, as well as Laos
and has over 20 new hotels in the pipeline.
