Sonja Vodusek Appointed MD of The Peninsula London

Ms. Sonja Vodusek has been appointed as Managing Director of The Peninsula London, effective 1 February 2020.

Currently General Manager of The Peninsula Tokyo, Sonja has been with Peninsula since 2010 when she joined The Peninsula New York as Hotel Manager.

Sonja subsequently went on to serve as General Manager of The Peninsula Manila, a post she held until her appointment at The Peninsula Tokyo in 2015.

Prior to joining Peninsula, Sonja spent 16 years working with Four Seasons in various executive management positions in the United States, Japan, Ireland, Australia and the Czech Republic.

A native of Victoria, Australia, Sonja holds diplomas in hotel and business management from the Blue Mountain International Hotel Management School (BMIHMS) in Sydney and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Overlooking Hyde Park Corner and the Wellington Arch, the 189-room Peninsula London is scheduled to welcome its first guests in 2021.
