La Seine hotel in Vientiane has opened a Jazz
Lounge.
The Red Rose Jazz Lounge, which opened just last
week, will feature jazz musicians from Wednesday through to Sunday, from
7pm to 10pm.
Whilst enjoying the jazz, guests will be able to
enjoy a savoury selection of charcuterie plated with
imported meats and cheeses from around the world.
A well-rounded wine list has been created
by well known wine merchant Baravin, while a mouth watering
collection of cocktails are also available.
Not-to-miss
libations include drinks like the Tom Yam made with local herbs, chili,
and Malibu rum and Hi-so Passion blending sour with sweetness for
a refreshing taste.
During the day Red Rose offers a
farm-to-table dining concept built upon the flavours of authentic
Laotian food. The menu features all the local favourites from Lao
Saab, regional sausages and special Lao papaya salad
collections.
General Manager, Darisa Tansiri said, “With the
opening of the Red Rose Jazz Lounge, La Seine looks to bring a
refreshing new dining experience to Vientiane that’s coupled with
elegant music, inimitable vibes, and chic cocktails. Welcoming
both locals and international travellers, the hotel is set to
become the destination that’s making Vientiane hip again.”
La Seine is part of Thailand's Burasari Group.
