Sindhorn Midtown Hotel in Bangkok Appoints Jee Hoong Tan as GM

The Sindhorn Midtown hotel in Bangkok has appointed Mr. Jee Hoong Tan as General Manager.

Jee Hoong Tan (pictured) has over 25 years of hospitality experience and has worked with several established brands across Southeast Asia including Renaissance, Sheraton, Kempinski, Le Meridien, Westin and Mandarin Oriental.

“I am so pleased and honored to lead this exceptional team in presenting our unique new brand experience to Bangkok,” said Jee Hoong Tan. “Comprised of hotel industry veterans with decades of experience in launching new properties, our team is perfectly suited to deliver our brand promise of warm, Thai-inspired service, outstanding amenities and outstanding accommodations.”

The hotel has also appointed Sukanya Poksupat as Director of Finance, Nicha Ruenthip as DOSM, Sulapha Koranantakun as Director of Human Resources and Christopher Suntonvipart as Chief Engineer.

Scheduled to open in the heart of Bangkok’s Langsuan neighborhood in March 2020, the Sindhorn Midtown will have 344 hotel rooms and suites along with 49 serviced residences.
