Nick Bray Joins Travelport as Chief Financial Officer

Travelport has appointed Nick Bray as Chief Financial Officer.

Nick will be based in Travelport’s global headquarters in Berkshire, England.

Nick has over 25 years of experience in the technology sector and was most recently CFO of Sophos, a role he held for nine years.

Before Sophos, Nick was Group CFO at Micro Focus International and has also held Group CFO roles at Fibernet and Gentia Software as well as senior financial positions at Comshare Inc. and Lotus Software.

Greg Webb, CEO of Travelport, said, “Nick has impressive commercial and growth credentials. He has extensive international and operational skills combined with significant public company and private equity experience. We are very much looking forward to him joining the team in this new era for Travelport.”

Nick has a 1st class bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Aston University, UK, and is a qualified chartered accountant having trained with PWC. He is also currently a non-executive director of De La Rue plc.
