Vietjet has confirmed that it will launch
flights between Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) and one of the world's top
tourist destinations, Bali, Indonesia, on 29 May 2019.
The airline will operate the route five times
per
week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Flying time is around 4 hours per leg.
With a flying time of about 4 hours per leg, the
outbound flight is timed to leave Saigon at 08:05 and arrive in
Bali at 13:05. The return flight is scheduled to take off from Bali at 14:05 and
land in Saigon at 17:05.
Vietjet will operate the route
with Airbus A320 and A320neo aircraft, seating between 180 and 230 passengers.
Vietjet Vice President Nguyen
Thanh Son said, "Vietjet has the advantages of an expanding flight
network and comfortable, friendly aviation services; therefore, I
believe that the new route will not only create opportunities for
people to travel by safe, civilized and modern air transport, but
also connect two cities as known as two economic, cultural centers
of Vietnam and Indonesia. The route will contribute to promoting
tourism and economic integration in the region as well as
introduce the images of Vietnam to the world."
