Thai Airways has partnered with Lebua Hotels and
Resorts to offer Royal First Class and Royal Silk Class passengers
on select flights from Bangkok to Europe with a special menu of
classic French food.
The menu, prepared by the well-known
3-star Michelin Chef Vincent Thierry, will be served to Royal
First Class passengers on the Bangkok-London route and Royal Silk
Class passengers on flights from Bangkok to London, Frankfurt,
Munich, Paris and Zurich in July and August 2019.
Royal First Class on Bangkok-London route
(TG910):
First course: Lobster Tiramisu Marinated,
Tandoori Fruits, Mascarpone Cream.
Main course: Seared Duck Breast, Ginger
Sauce, Potato Gnocchi and Beetroot Puree.
Royal Silk Class on Bangkok-London
(TG910/916), Bangkok-Frankfurt (TG920/922), Bangkok-Munich
(TG924), Bangkok-Paris (TG930) and Bangkok-Zurich (TG970) routes:
First course: Caviar, Scallop and Lobster with Green
Jelly and a Shallot Cream (pictured).
Main course: Chicken Roll Stuff Prawn, Mushroom
and Fennel Chicken & Prawn Sauce, Seared Tiger Prawn, Fennel
Puree, Seared Fennel.
