One of the biggest challenges that Cambodia's tourism industry has faced over the years has been the lack of air connectivity.

There are airlines in Cambodia, but none have expanded rapidly enough - regionally, or long haul - to really help tourism development within the country. Could that be about to change?

In this exclusive interview with Mr. Lucian Hsing, Commercial Director of Cambodia Airways, filmed on 12 October 2019 at the Cambodia Travel Mart in Phnom Penh, Steven Howard of TravelNewsAsia.com asks Lucian about the airline, its first year of operations, the brand new aircraft it only took delivery of last month, what further aircraft purchases they have planned and whether those aircraft will be leased or bought outright.
