Air Italy has revamped its Economy Class meal
service on long-haul flights from the carrrier's Milan Malpensa
hub.
Starting this month, the new inflight dining
experience includes a fully refreshed set of menus and the
introduction of the Le Delizie brand.
Customers can look forward to
more generous portions, stainless steel cutlery and a personal
water bottle.

customers a luxury flight experience, complete with innovative
comforts and services, as we continue to help them imagine the
world differently," said Rossen Dimitrov, Chief Operating Officer
of Air Italy. "This new Economy Class product and service is yet another
step in our development to ensure that we offer our passengers the
very best possible customer experience throughout their entire
journey. We want to ensure that everyone who chooses to fly with
us can enjoy their journey, savour our delicious menus, taste our
Italian specialties – from breakfast all the way through to dinner
– and all accompanied by a glass of one of our many fine wines."
Air Italy's long-haul network is operated by
Airbus A330-200s with 24 seats in Business class and 228 seats in
Economy class.
From Milan Malpensa the airline operates
year round direct flights to New York (daily) and Miami (daily
except Tuesday). Air Italy also offers direct
flights from Milan to Los Angeles, San Francisco and Toronto in the summer
season, from March to October, while starting from the upcoming
winter season the company will operate three weekly flights to
Maldives and twice a week to Zanzibar and Mombasa.
