Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has
returned to Hong Kong with this week's rebranding of the Best
Western Hotel Harbour View as the Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View.
Located at
239 Queen's Road West in the Western District of Hong Kong Island,
Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View is within an one-minute walk to Sai Ying
Pun MTR Station. The hotel has a total of 432 rooms, most of which
offer views of Victoria Harbour.
Leo Liu, President of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Greater China,
said,
"The apparent recovery of Hong Kong's tourism industry last year
has given us an excellent opportunity to introduce our globally
renowned Ramada brand here. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has been
preparing for its return to Hong Kong for a long time, and the
debut of Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View will for sure provide
guests with an excellent stay that is consistent across the
group's hotels. We hope that in the near future, we can further
expand the footprint of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Hong Kong,
Macao and Taiwan."
Based on data from the Hong Kong Tourism
Board, more than 30.6 million people visited Hong Kong in the
first half of 2018, of which 23.67 million were from mainland
China, a 13.4% increase over same period last year.
