Metrojet's MRO joint venture in Philippines,
Metrojet Engineering Clark, has added two globally experienced
engineers, Mr. Torsten Moeller and Mr. Kelly Chiasson, to its
team.
Torsten has over 16 years of maintenance
experience in both private jet operator and international
airlines, he holds EASA, HKCAD and FAA licenses on Gulfstream,
Boeing and Airbus types.
Kelly is also an FAA license holder with
an additional FCC license, specialising in Gulfstream avionics for
14 years out of his total 20 years of engineering experience.

and avionics knowledge with the excellent team here at Metrojet
Engineering Clark and we look forward to further bolstering the
MRO business with our expertise and the facility standards in the
Asia Pacific region,” said Mr. Torsten Moeller, the Lead Airframe
Engineer and Mr. Kelly Chiasson, the Lead Avionics Engineer.
Metrojet Engineering Clark recently
continued its expansion plans with the increase of the Bombardier
Challenger capability to 96 month inspections and the addition of
Gulfstream G650 type rating. In addition, the wheel and tyre
component capabilities have been expanded across Gulfstream,
Bombardier and Embraer products.

our MRO facility in the Philippines. Torsten and Kelly add
additional skills and experience as part of our overall
development strategy along with supporting the increase in
