Langham Adds Splash Beach Resort in Phuket to Portfolio

Langham Hospitality Group has added the Splash Beach Resort, Mai Khao Phuket to its portfolio of hotels and resorts.

Located on Mai Khao beach, the longest beach on Phuket island, the resort is surrounded by 47 acres of landscaped gardens.

Splash Beach Resort features 615 rooms, suites, apartments, penthouses and pool villas, offering a wide range of accommodation options.

The resort currently has three restaurants and a bar to choose from: Baan Thai, serving authentic Thai cuisine, Splash Kitchen, an interactive all-day dining restaurant and a destination bar for casual drinks and nibbles.

The resort also boats an 1,000 sqm conference centre which can host up to 1,300 people for a standing cocktail reception.

Set within the integrated resort is Splash Jungle Waterpark. The waterpark is an affiliate and managed separately, but guests of the resort can enjoy access and unique privileges to Splash Jungle Waterpark.

The waterpark features thrilling rides such as Boomerango, a reverse free fall off a vertical wall; a six level wave pool, and an aqua play pool for younger children. There's also a 335-meter lazy river for those that prefer less of an adrenaline rush.

The Kids Zone is dedicated to toddlers, young children and teenagers. This three level interactive play ground will include a movie theatre, giant slides, tree and rock climbing activities which will be completed by the end of 2018.
