United Airlines to Launch Daily Flights
Between Chicago O'Hare and León, Guanajuato, Mexico

United Airlines has launched year-round, nonstop
daily flights between Chicago O'Hare and León, Guanajuato, Mexico.
Flights are scheduled to depart from
Chicago (ORD) at 16:15 and land in León (BJX) at 20:00. The return
flight is timed to depart León (BJX) at 05:40, and arrive back in
Chicago (ORD) at 10:30.
"Mexico continues to be an
important region within United's global route network," said Jake
Cefolia, senior vice president of Worldwide Sales. "We are pleased
to offer our customers a new way to get to León, a key business
and tourism center for customers connecting in O'Hare from across
the U.S., Asia and Europe."
United has operated service to
León for more than 25 years from its hub at Houston's George Bush
Intercontinental Airport.
"United's new route between
Chicago and León is great news for San Miguel de Allende and the
surrounding areas. With this new route, visitors will have more
alternatives to travel to San Miguel de Allende where visitors can
enjoy the great culture this city has to offer and experience why
it has become such a popular city to visit in Mexico," said
Guillermo González, general director of the Tourism Board of San
Miguel de Allende.
