SAS Launches Youth Go Light Fares

SAS has has launched a new fare class for young travellers who wish to travel light, without checking-in any baggage.

The SAS Youth Go Light fares are available on all SAS flights between Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland to New York, Chicago, Boston, Miami, Washington, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Flying to the US from Finland includes a connection in either Stockholm, Copenhagen or Oslo.

SAS Youth Go Light travelers can carry one cabin baggage and a small handbag or laptop bag on board.

SAS Youth Tickets are available to all travelers aged between 12 – 25 and are CO2-compensated as part of SAS’ environmental and sustainability work.

"Many of our passengers, especially young travelers, make active choices to promote a sustainable development, while also being on a limited budget. SAS strives to use innovative solutions and new technology to make aviation more sustainable," said Lars Andersen Resare, Head of Environment and CSR for SAS.

In addition, even lower prices are currently available on all classes of youth tickets. Young travelers can explore Scandinavia and Europe from only 399 SEK / 399 NOK / 299 DKK. This offer is valid on youth tickets booked by midnight on 29 October 2018, valid for travel between 8 December 2018 – 31 March 2019.
