AccorHotels is to expand its ibis Styles brand
to Siem Reap, Cambodia.
Scheduled to open in May 2018, the
112-room ibis Styles Siem Reap is located just one minute’s walk
from the Old Market and five minutes from the Night Market and Pub
Street.
Streats all-day-dining restaurant will offer Asian street food and international
cuisine with special dishes for
children and vegetarians as well as a De-light menu for those
watching their waistlines.
General Manager Marc Dupuis says, “The new ibis
Styles has the best location in town, with fabulous views from
every side, but particularly those of the Siem Reap River from the
rooftop swimming pool.”
Long renowned as the gateway to the temples of
Angkor, there is much more to do in today’s Siem Reap with its
fine restaurants, spas and shops, as well as the world-famous ‘Phare,
The Cambodian Circus’.
ibis Styles Siem Reap is located 30 minutes from
Siem Reap International Airport at Mondul 1 Village, Svay Dangkum
Commune, Siem Reap City, Siem Reap Province, Cambodia.
Patrick Basset, Chief Operating Officer for
AccorHotels Upper Southeast and Northeast Asia, said, “This
opening marks the group’s first ibis styles to be launched in
Cambodia, to fill the demand for more affordable accommodation and
increase our offerings in Cambodia to cover every segment from
economy to luxury. As Cambodia’s tourism industry develops, we see
significant growth potential in this country as well. With this
milestone of the debut of the ibis Styles brand, we have also
signed management contracts for two Novotels to open in Phnom Penh
and Sihanoukville.”
To celebrate its opening, the hotel is offering a
complimentary authentic Khmer set dinner for two persons with
every booking of minimum three nights’ stay until end of September
2018, inclusive of complimentary breakfast and WiFi.
