BHMA Hotels Signs X2 Resort & Residences in Hoi An, Vietnam

BHMA Hotels has signed an agreement with Vietnamese developer Ixora Real Estate to manage a new X2 Resort & Residences located at the UNESCO World Heritage destination of Hoi An, in central Vietnam.

The 7-hectare eco-resort will be located on 650 meters of prime river frontage along the Coco River. Just minutes from the white sand of An Bang Beach and other popular beaches, it is also close to the charming historic old town of Hoi An.

The resort will feature 70 private villas with 2 - 4 bedrooms and private pools as well as a hotel comprising 31 loft units and 56 suites.

Facilities will include infinity-edge swimming pools, a library, spa and health club, restaurants and bars, a canoe station, children’s play zone, and both organic and hydroponic gardens amidst the tropical landscaped grounds.

Sales of the villas and lofts will commence in June 2018, while the first phase of the property is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2019.

X2 Residences are available on a freehold basis for Vietnamese and foreign qualified investors, or alternatively on a secured long-term basis with freehold conversion rights. All owners have the option to join the hotel rental and management program run by X2 Residences.
