Planet Nine Private Air Limited (P9PA), an
US-based long-haul charter specialist, has added a third VIP 16-seat Falcon 7X
(N919NE) to its fleet.
The Falcon 7X is powered by three Pratt &
Whitney Canada PW307A turbofans delivering 6,400 pounds of thrust
each.
The luxury jet is designed to fly 5,950 nm
(11,019 km) with a payload of eight passengers and three crew.
“We are very proud to have achieved our initial goal of
introducing three newly refurbished 5,950m ultra long-range Falcon
7X business jets into the market whilst at the same assembling a
world class group of pilots, crew members and operational ground
support personnel since being awarded our Part 135 operating
certificate in June,” said co-founder and head of business development, Matt Walter.
P9PA obtained WYVERN WINGMAN status in
October, “a very pleasing endorsement for us," said the company's
Chief Financial Officer, Bill Wulf, who previously spent 23 years
at NetJets in various leadership roles. “As a group of dedicated
aviation professionals, we are pleased to be accredited so early
in our history, fulfilling WYVERN’s rigorous safety and
maintenance requirements.”
